DNA and RNA Quantification

The Nanodrop OneC and Qubit 4 are excellent tools for nucleic acid quantification before

use in downstream experiments. The Nanodrop one measures absorbance in purified DNA,

RNA, and Protein. It has sample intelligence software that identifies and corrects for

sample contaminants like phenol, guanidine, and protein. The Qubit uses fluorescence

dyes that bind selectively to target DNA and RNA.
